“After years of longing to get a more muscular physique and become stronger I finally decided to get the much needed help to achieve my goals. All too many times I’d tried and failed due to lack of structure to my workouts and also understanding that what I was doing in the gym would result in body I was looking for. I decided that Jack @ RaynerTrainer was the ideal guide I needed due to the incredible results I’d seen him personally achieve over a relatively short period of time. My journey started out at 10.5 stone (I’m just shy of 6ft) and in 6 months I had seen amazing results. Jack gave me a structured training programme and also what I needed to implement with my diet so all I needed to do was stay committed and work hard. At the 6 month mark I had increased my weight to 12.5 stone which was almost all lean muscle mass. Its important to add that I’m also vegan which dissolves a lot of the myths that vegans cannot increase their muscle mass and demonstrates the quality of Jacks training skills.
